Our Belgian/French inspired farmhouse ale, originally brewed to keep the seasonal workers refreshed and hydrated something we can vouch for during the warmer weather of our onsite winery harvest.
It’s has a very light to medium bodied malt character, as this beer is all about the yeast complexities which in brewer terms we call funk! We use a special strain of yeast to craft this brew.
Fruity, spicy notes are complimented by the biscuity malt and the moderate bitterness from the hops.
It finishes very dry and tart making it dangerously drinkable!
