Junkyard Dog DIPA

Description

This brew takes hops to the next level compared to Leader of the Pack IPA.

Although its packed full of our favourite hops, this beer has a big malt and boozy body that helps tame the lupulin hit.

We boil this beer for a good 90 minute boil that adds a bit more caramel depth to the malt, adding hops all the away along, once fermentation is complete we dry hop with even more hops to add a huge citrus, pine and grassy hop aroma and flavour.

This beer isn’t for the faint hearted it packs one hell of a bite.
